Guaranteed accommodation for 2026 starts
All new applicants starting in January or September 2026 will be guaranteed accommodation in Queen Mary halls, or with one of our partner providers, subject to meeting our conditions.
Accommodation
All new applicants studying on a January start course can apply for accommodation in Queen Mary halls, or with one of our partner providers, subject to meeting the following conditions:
- You have firmly accepted a place to study at Queen Mary University of London
- You have not lived in a Queen Mary residence before (i.e. on another course of study)
If you have applied for a programme commencing in the January of the 2025-26 year, and would like to stay in University accommodation during that programme, you will need to make a housing application using the application for the ‘2025-26 academic year’. You will then be required to complete an application for 2026-27 for the final term of your course (September-January), when prompted to do so by the Housing Services team.
There are no guarantees you will be offered a place in accommodation, offers are made subject to availability.
