Queen Mary launches new Postgraduate Global Excellence Scholarship for 2026/27
We are pleased to announce the launch of the new Postgraduate Global Excellence Scholarship, designed to recognise and reward outstanding international students joining our Masters programmes in September 2026/27.

Worth £7,000, the scholarship is available to high-achieving international applicants holding an offer for an eligible postgraduate taught programme at the School. The award reflects our commitment to academic excellence and to supporting talented students from around the world to study in one of the world’s most dynamic business environments.

Supporting excellence at postgraduate level
The new scholarship sits within a broader portfolio of postgraduate funding opportunities offered by the School of Business and Management. These include:

President’s Global Scholarships – £10,000 awards for highly qualified postgraduate taught offer holders joining in September 2026.

Global Talent Scholarship – £5,000 for high-achieving international students enrolling in September 2025/26, with additional awards available for January 2026 entry.

Masters Scholarship (Home Students) – for eligible Home students holding an offer for a postgraduate taught programme.

Chevening Awards – fully funded scholarships through the UK Government’s global programme.

Queen Mary Alumni Loyalty Award – a 10% tuition fee discount for Queen Mary graduates returning for a full postgraduate degree.
