What is this Hackathon?
This is a two-day creative event where A-level students (aged 15+) will learn how to use Artificial Intelligence to create music and analyze sound. You don’t need to be a coding expert to join! This is a "learn-by-doing" event designed to teach you Python coding skills through the universal language of music.
We have 15 laptops but you are encouraged to bring your own if possible.
Structure of the Event
Over two days, students will work in teams to build original AI tools for music analysis and sound synthesis.
Who is this for?
A level students: If you are interested in Music, Maths, Computer Science, or just want to try something new.
A note for teachers, parents & siblings: If you are reading this and have a brother, sister, child or classroom doing A levels who might be interested, please share the Expression of Interest form with them (or fill in on their behalf) and we will send you/them the registration details.
